Youth Art Day at AWE (Art Windsor-Essex)

Join us for a one‑day creative art camp! Led by art therapist and artist Ainslee Winter, this art camp invites participants to explore art through touch, sound, movement, imagination, and play. Together, campers and their companions will experiment with a variety of accessible, artist‑inspired activities, including painting, mixed media, sculpting, and creative exploration. Activities will be adapted to support a wide range of visual experiences.

This camp is designed for youth ages 6 to 13 years old. Each camper can bring a family member to support them. The day is designed to encourage connection, confidence, and creativity in a supportive environment. Each camper will receive a take‑home art kit filled with a variety of materials, so the creativity can continue after the camp ends. Works will be collected and displayed at the art gallery in November 2026 as part of a community exhibition.

Join CNIB for a Youth Art Day at AWE (Art Windsor-Essex) on Saturday, August 22 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Art Windsor-Essex (401 Riverside Drive W). Second floor, education studio.
