Youth ages 10 to 16 who enjoy reading from the wealth of fantasy authors, past and present who have entertained us with tales of wizards, warriors, magic, and mystery are encouraged to join this monthly group. We will discuss some familiar books and authors and hopefully learn about many new ones.
Each session will be facilitated and led by CNIB volunteers and staff on the first Tuesday of the month and they will provide a shortlist of reading choices to pick from. Attendees can vote on one of the books presented and are expected to independently read it for next month’s session. This program will give participants the chance to chat about the characters and storylines they love in a fun and inclusive environment where the magic will be in sharing their ideas and insights.
The CNIB Youth Fantasy Book Club meets on the first Tuesday of every month from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Eastern Time on Zoom. Zoom information will be shared after registering.
Please be advised that you must register for all programs. We kindly ask you to RSVP a minimum of 1 full business day before the start of the program. Please note space is limited, so be sure to sign up ASAP.
