Our meet-up is a supportive space where participants can share experiences, exchange practical tips, and learn from one another. Whether it’s navigating daily life, exploring helpful tools and resources, or simply talking with others who understand, peer support is at the heart of our gatherings. Expect casual chats, light activities, and meaningful conversations in a friendly environment where everyone feels included—whether you are joining for the first time or are a regular. Second Thursday of every month from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. at CNIB Sudbury (1545 Regent Street, Suite 104, Sudbury).
