Practice Power, Peace and Purpose. Sensei's will guide us through the one hour session and no prior experience is necessary. This program is open to children and youth ages 6-18. Please dress comfortably and bring a water bottle.

Heroes Circle Martial Arts meets on the second Thursday of every month from 6 to 7 p.m. at the CNIB Ottawa Community Hub. 

Please be advised that you must register for all programs. We kindly ask you to RSVP a minimum of 1 full business day before the start of the program.

Tech it Out: Independence Through Smart Navigation
Tech It Out is our monthly afternoon session where CNIB Tech Lead Steve MacInnes and Tech Mate volunteer Dave spotlight a different technology or topic each month. This month, the pair will focus on an innovative wayfinding and GPS app designed for people who are blind or partially sighted. This accessible technology helps users navigate streets, buildings, and public spaces with confidence using audio guidance, real-time directions, and intuitive controls. Tuesday, March 24 from 2 to 3 p.m. Atlantic Time on Zoom.

For a truly interactive experience, Linda welcomes you to cook and bake along with her in the comfort of your own kitchen!
