Ever want to take on the challenge of a 5k run or walk? If you're a youth in the Windsor and Essex region who wants to work towards this great accomplishment, CNIB has a limited number of FREE entries a community event hosted by the Running Factory in Windsor.
The Moon In June 5k Run/Walk is on Saturday June, 13 in Windsor, Ontario.
- Virtual coaching guidance with Coach Jenn Flemke, Triathlon Canada new Coach of the year in 2025. Jenn will offer up her knowledge and support to coach you virtually (as she lives in Ottawa) but brings a wonderful skillset as Paratriathlon Coach and advocate for inclusive participation
- FREE entry for youth and their guide (if needed)
- Group WhatsApp chat too keep you encouraged
- 1-2 group meetups prior to the event
- Guide training where we can help you learn the ropes of working with a sighted guide to help you navigate safely and smoothly
- Age 29 and under
Limited spots available. Please only register if you are serious about taking on this challenge, as we only have a limited number of FREE entries to offer and we want to ensure participants are ready to put in the work needed for this great event.
