Loss is a part of life. It comes in many forms and everyone reacts differently. Living with loss can be hard, especially in the beginning. Some types of loss include loss of sight, changes in health or abilities or the loss of a loved one. Join us in a safe and welcoming space for a supportive and informative two-part series led by CMHA Thames Valley, designed to help you better understand grief, care for your mental well-being, and build practical tools for moving forward.

  1. Session One: Wednesday, March 11 from 1 to 2 p.m. Eastern on Zoom: Explore the stages of grief, different types of loss, and how mindset can influence the way we cope and heal.
  2. Session Two: Friday, March 13 from 1 to 2 p.m. Eastern on Zoom: Learn about mental health and stress, practical self-care strategies, and community resources available to support you.

The sessions are designed to build on one another, and registration includes both dates. Attending both will provide the greatest benefit and a more complete understanding of the material. Participants are expected to plan to attend both sessions. We kindly ask you to RSVP a minimum of 1 full business day before the start of the program. Zoom information will be shared after registering.

Registration required. To register, please complete the CNIB Auto Registration Form.
