This class is designed for all level yogis. Relaxed pace to release anxiety and calm the body. Students will be guided into meditation, breathing techniques, yoga poses and relaxation. Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a big towel and an open mind to learn something new!
This yoga class runs via Zoom web conference every Wednesday from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time. Call in information will be given upon registration.
