Lead the Conversation at the Connecting the Dots conference!

Our community is made up of diverse individuals with unique lived experiences, talents, and perspectives — but together, we form one community, united in our vision for a more inclusive and accessible world. Through this year’s theme, we celebrate the strength found in collaboration and the momentum we build when we work together to shape a future grounded in equity, opportunity, and access for all.

We invite speakers to bring forward ideastools, and stories that reflect this vision that inspire action, foster connection, and help focus our collective efforts on building a better tomorrow.

This year’s theme reflects our belief that when we work together as one community, we sharpen our collective focus and move closer to a barrier-free Canada. We invite submissions that speak to at least one of our key focus areas:

  • Technology: Demonstrate how accessible tools, platforms, and devices are transforming independence, connection, and opportunity.
  • Employment: Share strategies and success stories that advance inclusive hiring, workplace accessibility, career development, and leadership.
  • Innovation: Explore new ideas, approaches, or programs that reimagine what’s possible in education, mobility, communication, or community engagement.
  • Wellness: Highlight practices and conversations that promote mental health, peer support, social connection, and overall well-being.

Your Voice Matters

We're seeking bold, innovative presenters and keynote speakers to join us in shaping the future of accessibility and empowerment. Whether you're a seasoned expert or have a fresh perspective to share, we want to hear from you. Presenters will receive complimentary access to the conference for the day of their presentation.

Submissions for the 2025 Conference are now closed.

If you have submitted a proposal, we will respond to you within the coming weeks.
