Right now, many regions across Canada are experiencing a difficult wildfire season – one of the worst on record. While the most dangerous conditions are in Newfoundland and Labrador, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, wildfires and smoke are also affecting Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec, and parts of the north.
Even if fires aren’t nearby, smoke can cause health concerns, transportation delays, and other disruptions to daily life. Please take steps to protect your wellbeing and follow public safety advice in your area.
