Creating Accessible Content For Your Audience Workshop
Main Content
Social media has become a hot button for sharing information during these difficult times; however, often information is shared through graphics or memes with no descriptions. Those who are blind or partially sighted are being left out when it comes to having access to the information being shared.
This workshop is for those trying to keep the public aware of what is going on with their business or organization and want to make sure that information is accessible to people who are blind or partially sighted.
There are some simple things that you can do to make your social media content more accessible for people who are blind or partially sighted.
Join us on Monday, April 20, 2020 for a lunch and learn at 12:00 – 12:45 p.m. Central Standard Time via Zoom. We will teach you how to make your content accessible to all and answer your questions.
Registration Required. To register please contact Ashley Nemeth at ashley.nemeth@cnib.ca or call 306-807-8418.
