Join us at the Kelowna CNIB Hub for our monthly events designed to empower individuals with vision loss! Each welcoming session offers hands-on opportunities to explore assistive technology and build greater independence.
Here's what to expect:
- A deep-dive into different SmartLife tech products (e.g., magnifiers, talking book players, voice-labeling devices)
- Peer-to-peer discussions and support for using assistive tools like apps, smartphones, and smart glasses
- One-on-one or small group tech help
- Refreshments provided
The Kelowna Tech Primer Cafe meets on the third Thursday of every month from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. at CNIB Kelowna (460 Doyle Ave., Unit 106, Kelowna).
Please be advised that you must register for all programs. We kindly ask you to RSVP a minimum of 1 full business day before the start of the program.
