Perfect for individuals with mobility issues or injuries, this class uses a sturdy chair to guide you through gentle movements, breath work, sitting meditation, and relaxation techniques.
Chair Yoga meets every Thursday from 2 to 3 p.m. virtually on Zoom. Zoom information will be shared after registering.
Please be advised that you must register for all programs. We kindly ask you to RSVP a minimum of 1 full business day before the start of the program.
