Five kilometres. Six weeks. Countless lives changed.
Pup Crawl is back!
Grab your sneakers. Leash up your pup. Get ready to move for a great cause.
CNIB Guide Dogs Pup Crawl is a virtual five-kilometre challenge that brings people across Canada together to raise funds for life-changing guide dogs.
How it works
From April 15 to May 31, complete your five kilometres your way. Walk, run, dance, roll, or crawl. Go solo, join a team, or bring your dog along. Track your progress using your smartwatch, fitness tracker, or phone. It’s all on the honour system – just get moving!
Every step helps change lives
Funds raised through Pup Crawl help CNIB Guide Dogs train guide dogs for Canadians who are blind, Deafblind, or have low vision. These incredible partnerships bring greater independence, confidence, and safety to people across the country.
And thanks to generous supporters Mary and John Crocker, donations will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to $50,000. That means your impact can go twice as far.
Registration for Pup Crawl is $45 and the first 75 registrants will receive a CNIB Guide Dogs hot-and-cold gel therapy pack – perfect for soothing muscles after your Pup Crawl.
After you register, you’ll receive:
- A digital race bib by email
- A CNIB Guide Dogs Pup Crawl medal mailed after the event
