Coming Soon: Accessible Transit Operator Training Video

CNIB is partnering with Edmonton Transit Service (ETS) to develop a new training video for transit operators. The video will provide practical guidance on topics such as accessible communication, guide dog etiquette, stop announcements, and providing excellent service to all. The training video will be available on this webpage in fall 2026.
