In our second session with the Meta Glasses, we will explore how effectively they can be paired with certain apps, and we will compare the Meta Glasses with other key smartphone accessibility apps and features to help determine what may work best for you. This is also an excellent chance to try the glasses out for yourself if you haven’t already, or want to use them again. A light bite and tea and coffee will also be provided.

Tech Talks & Tea – Meta Glasses Part 2 meets on Friday, February 27 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at CNIB Thunder Bay (229 Camelot Street, Thunder Bay).

CNIB SmartLife Coach, Sara Salo, and technology volunteers are here to help participants get familiarized with SmartLife Assistive Technology, to assist with making smartphones and tablets more accessible and to recommend and offer demos on accessibility apps. Online training is also available upon request. Appointments are available Tuesday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at CNIB Thunder Bay.
