The CNIB Mobile Hub is visiting Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta on Thursday, April 23 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Fort Saskatchewan Lions Club (9919 - 101 Street, Fort Saskatchewan).
Drop in to meet CNIB staff and learn more about free programs and resources for people who are blind, Deafblind, or have low vision. Our free programs are designed to educate, entertain, and engage community members who are blind, as well as their families, friends, and caregivers.
CNIB program leads will be on-site to discuss and provide information about free programs available through CNIB including: accessible technology support, advocacy resources, child and youth programming, recreational activities, and peer support groups, along with other resources for people living with blindness or any degree of vision loss. We’ll also offer hands-on demonstrations of accessible tech products from CNIB SmartLife, on-site purchases with free shipping for orders made during the event. Please note: Available products may be purchased by credit or debit card.
