Cooking with Linda
Come and join Linda monthly to prepare different dishes you can eat yourself or share with family and friends. For a truly interactive experience, Linda welcomes you to cook and bake along with her in the comfort of your own kitchen! With an ILS often in attendance, bring along your questions as you might just learn a new trick to help you out. Fourth Tuesday of every month from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time on Zoom.
Trivia
Come together once a month for a trivia night! There will be a variety of different trivia games played. Fourth Tuesday of every month from 7 to 8 p.m. Newfoundland Time on Zoom
Smartphone Photography Club
This group for photographers who have sight loss, comes together monthly to share their passion and recent photographs. Join in for camaraderie and tips for capturing expressive images! Fourth Wednesday of every month from 3 to 4 p.m. Eastern Time on Zoom.
Sudbury Arts And Crafts
We are taking arts and crafts and putting a tactile twist on how people with sight loss can get involved! Come join us to let your creative talent shine. Fourth Wednesday of every month from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the CNIB Sudbury Hub.
Woodturning
Discover the art of woodturning and what it’s all about. No experience required! Volunteers will be on hand to show you the fundamentals and help to create a beautiful project. Last Thursday of every month from 6 to 8 p.m. at the CNIB GTA Hub.
Saturday Bingo at the London Hub (May 11)
Join us for some fun at the Hub with Saturday Bingo. Laughter, make new friends, and try to get that line first! Use a Bingo card from the Hub or bring your own. Limited tactile bingo cards available. Saturday, May 11 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the CNIB London Community Hub.

Armchair Travel – May
Transport yourself to another country from the comfort of the London Hub. The music, the history, the fun facts, and the food. Be prepared to help make a simple food item and taste it. Please let us know at registration if you allergic to any food items. Tuesday, April 16 from 1 to 2 p.m. at the CNIB London Community Hub.
Touching Sound – Waterloo Workshop
Interdisciplinary artists, Olivia Brouwer and Dawn Matheson, collaborate with CNIB to host a free accessible sensory-led nature walk and creative workshop in Waterloo at the Walter Bean Grand River Trail and Waterloo Public Library Eastside Branch for participants who are blind and partially sighted. The workshop will involve the creation of sound-activated mixed media sculptures based on recordings and sensory activities within the natural environment. Saturday, May 25 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Walter Bean Grand River Trail.
CNIB Unbound Book Club
CNIB Unbound is for everyone! Although the group is specifically tailored to people with print disabilities like blindness, anyone who cares about accessible literacy is welcome to join.
