Children and Youth Programs
Growing up with sight loss can bring practical, emotional, and social challenges. Discover how CNIB Next Generation expanded programming, resources and roadmaps can help with navigating these developmental stages and ensure students who are blind, Deafblind, or who have low vision thrive inside and outside of the classroom.
CNIB’s Inclusive Schools Program
CNIB’s Inclusive Schools Program is designed to teach educators and students how to foster inclusion in the classroom for people who are blind or low vision. As part of the program, CNIB has developed free educational resources to increase an understanding of blindness, the importance of creating more accessible and inclusive schools, and how you can support people who are blind or partially sighted in your community.
