Using the free Clew app for iOS, you’ll receive turn-by-turn guidance along indoor routes you record with a choice of voice directions, sound effects or haptic feedback. Join Paul Ruvolo, the app’s developer and an associate professor of computer science at the Olin College of Engineering, as he shares how Clew can help you navigate hotels, offices and other spaces. It has features not available in other GPS apps, such as detailed intersection description, built-in route directions with detailed turning prompts, a bread-crumb waypoint route mode and the benefit of features suggested by users over the past eight years. Join Mike May as he shares the storied history of this app – and explains how it differs from GoodMaps Explore. Parents of Children between the ages of three and six are invited to sign their children up for an exciting new program that combines socialization, creative play and entertainment!  This new program, the Zoom Zoom Room will give your child with sight loss the chance to chat and interact with others experiencing visual impairment or blindness.
