This program utilizes your home environment to provide you movement in a variety of ways. No equipment necessary, just come as you are and get active with our Emilee Schevers, Coordinator, Sports and Active Living.

The group meets via Zoom  on Thursdays, 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.  Eastern Time. Call in information will be given upon registration.
