International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP)

Main Content

In May 2022, CNIB, CNIB Deafblind Community Services (DBCS) and Vision Loss Rehabilitation Canada (VLRC) announced a new partnership with the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP).

IAAP is a not-for-profit membership-based organization for individuals and organizations that are focused on accessibility or are in the process of building their accessibility skills and strategies. The objective is to help accessibility professionals develop and advance their careers and to support organizations with integrating accessibility into their services, products and infrastructure.

Whether it's professional accessibility certifications, topic-specific webinars, or unlimited access to The Connections Platform (a virtual platform where members come together to discuss industry trends, share resources, network with peers and seek/give advice on global issues and trends), Come to Work Talent Pool members can access a wide range of professional development opportunities offered through IAAP. Certification courses are offered at a discounted rate for IAAP members.

There is no cost for you to join. To register and take advantage of the many learning resources and networking opportunities, simply contact your Come to Work staff liaison.
