Google Slides is a presentation tool similar to Microsoft PowerPoint. This session will focus on teaching participants the basics of Google Slides using screen magnification software. Each week, we dive into thought provoking questions that will make us think about the awesome moments around us! The last week will be an art session, where you will be able to create your own gratitude stone or object. A support group for blind/partially sighted parents. From infancy to adulthood - blind mothers and fathers can learn, explore, and share their triumphs, challenges, tips and stories among peers in a supportive environment. The group meets twice monthly in order to accommodate busy schedules.


Sight loss does not only affect the individual, but it also affects the family and loved ones. In this peer support program, we help the family and loved ones understand the journey of vision loss and how to support the independence of their friend and loved one.
