A fully accessible and described gentle-styled yoga allowing you to develop strength, mindfulness and flexibility over time utilizing the most basic yoga postures. This yoga class is suitable for all new and beginner yogis. The course content will cover breathing techniques and fundamental yoga poses at a fun and relaxing pace.
This accessible yoga class is audio described and will be a building block for a higher-level yoga class. Participants will have a chance to ask questions at the end.
This beginner yoga class runs via Zoom web conference every Wednesday from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Eastern TIme. Call in information will be given upon registration.
