Looking for ways to manage stress or just want to learn techniques to relax? Come out and join us for yoga and third eye meditation sessions. These sessions are virtual so they can be done anywhere.
This yoga program runs via Zoom web conference every Thursday from 12 to 12:45 p.m. CDT. Call in information will be given upon registration.
