This class is designed for yogis of all levels. Instruction is delivered in Mandarin and Cantonese and is highly descriptive to accommodate participants with vision loss. No experience required. The instructor will provide modifications so bring a chair or a mat – whichever works better for your body!

This yoga class runs via Zoom web conference every Friday from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Eastern Time. Call in information will be given upon registration.

Please be advised that you must register for all programs. We kindly ask you to RSVP a minimum of 1 full business day before the start of the program.
