Join us for a fun interpretive movement program for adults!
It’s time to gear up our joyous energy level for the busy season ahead! The important word in the program title is "fun", because we’re going to enjoy a new way of experiencing music! We’ll be mindful of how a song’s musical vibrations make us feel. Our 30-minute class starts out with stretching our body, then you may stand or sit during the interpretive part of this movement class.
This interpretive moment class runs virtually via Zoom web conference and in-person at the CNIB GTA Community Hub (1525 Yonge Street, Toronto) every Thursday from 5:30 to 6 p.m. Eastern Time. Call in information will be given upon registration.
Please be advised that you must register for all programs. We kindly ask you to RSVP a minimum of 1 full business day before the start of the program.
Registration required. To register, contact Sharon Kanhai-Johnston, Program Lead, Social and Recreation Groups at Sharon.Kanhai-Johnston@cnib.ca or call 1-800-563-2642.
