Do you have a sport or fitness goal and are unsure of how to go about achieving that goal? Would you like to play the sports your family and friends or favorite sports teams do? Do you need help knowing where to start and how to access the resources in your community? Well, there is no time like the present!

The Go Play! program is designed to be a 1 on 1 short term mentoring program. We are here to help you as you advocate, adapt, and find essential resources to play the sport you love and reach any goal you dream of!

To register for this program you will have to fill out a quick registration survey, once registered you will have 4 one-hour zoom calls to discuss your goals and plan the next steps, this will be a collaborative approach where we work as a team towards your goals. With your permission we would love to share your success story through photos, video, and testimonials.

Disclaimer: By agreeing to be part of this program, you understand that this program is designed to be a collaboration between CNIB and yourself. We will help you find resources, learn to self-advocate, and give general guidance. We will not provide sport-specific training plans or medical advice. We also encourage you to consult with your doctor to ensure you are ready for physical activity. Any decisions made are your own and not those of CNIB. We are here to mentor and guide you down the proper pathway towards your goal, we are not liable for any specific choices you make.

Registration required. To register for this program, please contact Ryan Van Praet, Lead, Partnerships Recreation and Sport at Ryan.VanPraet@cnib.ca or call 1-800-563-2642.
