Welcome to Eye Connect: AMD, CNIB’s resource centre for age-related macular degeneration, an eye condition that is the leading cause of blindness and vision loss in Canada.

For many people, adjusting to vision loss can be extremely challenging, and it’s common to feel scared and confused after you’ve been diagnosed with an eye disease.
