Sunday, July 11 to Saturday, July 24, 2010
Sunday, July 11:
- Meet participants at airport, bus or pre-arranged location.
- Travel to CNIB Lake Joseph Centre in Muskoka.
July 11-16, 2009: CNIB Lake Joseph Centre, Muskoka
- Get-acquainted exercises and introduction to program, participants and staff.
- Orientation to CNIB Lake Joseph Centre.
- Personal goals planning and expectations of program.
- Team-building and trust games and exercises, personal and leadership development activities, introduction to career focus.
- Swimming and recreation activities with Lake Joseph staff.
- Guest presenters and interactive sessions.
- Expectations for Toronto-based component of SCORE.
Saturday, July 17:
- Travel to Toronto.
- Move into Toronto-based residence accommodation.
- Orientation to residence accommodation and onsite services.
July 18 – July 23, 2009: Toronto
- Planned recreational activities and travel around Toronto.
- Community service experience.
- Restaurant dining.
- Sports and special interest activities.
- Career exploration sessions and workshops.
- 2010 Celebration: end-of-program tribute to this year’s program and participants.
Saturday, July 24:
- It’s over! Time to head for home. Participants leave for airport, bus or pre-arranged location.
