Whether you’re looking for a way to expand your horizons by taking on new challenges this summer or just looking for a quiet spot to relax and kick back, CNIB has plenty of ways to get you out in the fresh air and enjoying your summer break.
Supported by the Gretzky family for many years, SCORE is a unique summer experience for motivated 16- to 18-year-olds from across Canada who are living with vision loss and in their final two years of secondary school. SCORE focuses on personal development, career and leadership skills, and includes a community service element.
Located at the north end of Lake Joseph in Central Ontario’s magnificent Muskoka district, Lake Jo (as it is affectionately known) offers a unique mix of rehabilitation and recreational programs for people who are living with vision loss or other disabilities.
