Good Borrowing Habits
To ensure good library service, please:
Inform us of any changes. Have you moved, or have your reading interests changed? Please call us 1-800-268-8818 or e-mail reader.services@cnib.ca to let us know. It is also important to let us know if you find you are receiving books which are too easy or too difficult for you to read.
Return your books on time. The loan period is 45 days for printbraille books and 90 days for other materials. Once you have reached the maximum number of titles you will not receive any more books until you return the ones you already have.
Take care of your books. Please help us preserve the life of books by keeping them clean and intact. If you notice a damaged book, please rip the corner of the address card with the mailing. This will help our circulation staff easily identify the damaged book.
Keep in touch. Your feedback helps us decide which books we want to add to the collections. Tell us which books you liked or disliked and why. Let us know if you are looking for books on specific topics or with special features.
