AODA Customer Service E-Learning Courses
Business in Ontario that provide goods or services to the public must comply with AODA service standards by January 1st, 2012.
To help organizations ensure their staff comply, this 45-minute online Customer Service Course is now available. Through our partner AODA. Designed by CNIB in partnership with March of Dimes Canada and the Canadian Hearing Society, this convenient course uses video vignettes to provide specific advice on delivering services to persons with disabilities and ensure organizational wide knowledge and compliance.
An easy training option for administrators
Based on individual login, etc. administrators can monitor their employees' success online and through completion reports that are available upon request. Participants can print their own certificate of completion at the end of the course.
This course can also be customized to include your branding, policies, and procedures and any other unique content required.
