Here are some of the people who are making a difference in vision health research today.
Dr. Keith Gordon - Vice-President, Research and Service Quality
Dr. Gordon joined CNIB in Spring 2007 as our Head of Research. He is responsible for managing the research operations of CNIB, including the CNIB Baker research grants and fellowship training programs. His academic qualifications include an M.Sc in Epidemiology and an M.Sc and PhD in Chemistry, along with an MBA. Read more about Dr. Keith Gordon
Dr. Deborah Gold - Director, Research
Dr. Gold is CNIB's Director, Social and Rehabilitation Research. Since 2002 she has been primarily responsible for the development of CNIB's social research program.

Dr. Alex Shaw - Senior Researcher
Dr. Shaw was hired by CNIB in April of 2003 to conduct a study on the lifestyles, quality of life, and employment status of youth living with vision loss. Read more about Dr. Alex Shaw
Biljana Zuvela - Researcher/Evaluator
Biljana Zuvela joined CNIB's research department in April 2004 as a Project Coordinator, studying gaps in Canadian social policy as they affect individuals with low vision. Read more about Biljana Zuvela
Shampa Bose - Executive Assistant and Research Coordinator
Shampa joined the CNIB in February 2007 with 10 years of experience in the administrative field, having worked with governments and in the not for profit sector. She has a BA in Business Administration with a major in International Management (Finland) and the addition of a BA in Economics, Office Management & Secretarial Practice (India).
