George Hamilton is a Chartered Accountant and retired business executive. He worked with Ernst & Young LLP for 40 years and retired as a Partner in the Firm's management consulting practice. He advised many major Canadian and international corporations in the mining, financial services and retail sectors. Following his retirement from public practice, George served as Chairman of a publicly traded mining company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange with a producing gold property in South America. George has and continues to serve on a number of boards for not for profit organizations.
