We are seeking candidates
from across Ontario to join our Ontario-Nunavut Advisory Board to serve a three
year term from September 2011-2014. We are looking for those with an expressed
interest in helping blind and partially sighted people develop the confidence,
skills and opportunities they need to fully participate in life.
The Board typically meets
four times per year, with additional meetings scheduled as required. If you
have strengths in fundraising, marketing and communications, programs and services,
governance, experience on a provincial non-profit board, we encourage you to
apply.
