Len Baker, Regional Vice President, CNIB Ontario and Quebec

 
Len Baker.jpgLen Baker works with his Ontario and Quebec teams and Boards to ensure CNIB's programs and services remain relevant and effective for an ever growing population of people living with sight loss. Prior to assuming his current role in October 2013, Len was CNIB's National Vice President of Program Delivery and Service Quality.
 
Len began his career with CNIB in 1993, providing vision rehabilitation and support services to children and their families, and has enjoyed a succession of leadership roles within the organization during his 20-year tenure.
 
Len is a strong believer in the power of partnerships and collaboration and seeks to create an open and engaging environment that encourages the sharing of ideas among a wide range of stakeholders in guiding the evolution of CNIB's mission.
 
Len holds two Bachelor Degrees in Social Science and Education from Memorial University of Newfoundland.
