Want a new year's resolution you can keep?

For many people, the dawn of a new year means a new set of resolutions and goals. While many individuals hope to eat healthier, quit smoking or frequent the gym as part of their resolutions, Islanders with vision loss aspire to travel on the bus independently, cross an intersection confidently, or cook in their kitchen after losing their sight.

This year, resolve to make a lasting difference in the lives of Islanders who are blind or partially sighted.

Become a visionary and join the challenge as a monthly donor. CNIB is recruiting 1,000 like-minded individuals to give back as part of their new year’s aspirations: $10 per month, that’s all it takes.

All funds raised here, stay here. Your generous support will help Islanders with vision loss build the confidence and skills to do everyday tasks independently, whether it’s preparing a meal, walking safely with a white cane or using assistive technology to pursue an education.

Your incredible generosity will help people like Ron and Darcy lead independent an active lives.
