Programs and Activities

CNIB is active in every region of Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island, with service and fundraising specialists working hand in hand with volunteers at centres located in Charlottetown, Sydney and Halifax. CNIB programs and services specialists often travel to provide support to people with vision loss, in rural communities.

There are solutions to improving quality of life for any of us experiencing vision loss, but it takes experience and a helping hand. As a registered charity, CNIB depends largely on the financial and volunteer support of individuals, and organizations in our communities to meet the needs of anyone whose day to day life is impacted by any level of vision loss. Please support CNIB.

In this section, you can find information about the various events, programs, services, resources and volunteer opportunities available in your community.
