Writer
Do you love writing and sharing stories that inspire others to be the best they can be? CNIB has an exciting opportunity for a volunteer writer to interview CNIB clients, and other CNIB volunteers and write client/volunteer based stories. The stories would be published on social media, and included in local, regional, and national media campaigns.
Phone Support
CNIB is looking for volunteers across the province to make telephone calls to CNIB clients as part of our “Client Check-in Program” and to complete our client experience evaluations.
Client Experience Evaluations:
Our Client Experience Surveys will allow us to evaluate CNIB programs and ensure we are providing the best services possible to people with vision loss in our province.
Client Check-in Program:
Since starting the “Client Check-in Program” CNIB volunteers have been able to get in touch with clients to see how they are doing and to provide them with support and information regarding CNIB services.
Client Newsletter
  • CNIB has a client newsletter that is distributed to CNIB clients on a quarterly basis. We would love for the newsletter will be as volunteer-driven as possible, so if you have any interest in writing, coordinating, or designing a newsletter we would love to hear from you
