With complete vision loss – and the resulting heightening of the other four senses – an evening of Dine in the Dark truly is an extraordinary culinary adventure.

How your support makes a difference

$1,000 - will help four people who have lost their sight relearn everyday activities, like identifying money, dialing a telephone or pouring a cup of tea – crucial skills that can mean the difference between a life of dependence and a life of fulfillment.

$2,500 - will help five seniors learn the skills to safely navigate their communities – such as how to cross safely at an intersection and travel independently to grocery stores, pharmacies and other community resources.

$5,000 - will help three people learn to label kitchen items and prepare meals safely without vision, enabling them to maintain their independence in the home after losing their sight.
