Manitoba Lotteries Corporation (MLC)

 

Manitoba Lotteries Corporation (MLC) is an ardent supporter of CNIB in Manitoba. For years MLC has supported the ‘Eye on the Arts’ auction to support programs and services at CNIB. In addition they support CNIB’s Orientation and Mobility program, and provide funding and volunteer support for a fundraising dinner and luncheon. The corporation was also one of the largest financial supporters of a recent CNIB campaign ‘That All May Read…’, which focused on the conversion of CNIB’s audio library from an obsolete analog infrastructure to a digital format.

Senior management from MLC participate on many boards and committees. Representatives are involved in the art auction committee and the division advisory board. And, for a few years the President and CEO, Winston Hodgins, was the honorary chairperson of Eye on the Arts fundraising dinner.
