This is the governing body of CNIB that sets all policy. The Board of Directors currently has 18 members and an Immediate Past Chair.

CNIB’s six standing committees are listed below, alongside their respective chairs. They are administered through the offices of the vice-presidents and secretary.

Membership:
Anyone can become a member of CNIB. Members can vote at annual meetings and help to establish bylaws. In essence, the members of CNIB are its governors. Membership requires board approval and the membership fee is $25 annually, or $100 for a five-year membership.
