Our Camp Facilities
Lake Joe can be found at the north end of Lake Joseph in the magnificent Muskokas.
Acquired in 1960, Lake Joe has been a part of the CNIB family of programs for many years.
Lake Joe grounds spread across 12.5 acres of land, creating the perfect backdrop for exciting camp adventures for all Lake Joe campers. Grounds include sandy beaches, a gazebo, a vast waterfront, large playing fields, a fire pit and a boat dock by the shore.
In 2002, we started reconstruction of many of our camp facilities, to enhance the Lake Joe experience for all of our summer campers. To date we have reconstructed our Main Lodge, a new Wellness Centre and six new barrier-free guest cabins. Right now, we are working on 
the Welcome Centre just in time for the 2008 summer camp season. A new Recreation Hall and Staff Quarters have also been planned. Our facilities include overnight accommodations, a dining hall, a welcome centre, recreation centre, snack bar and main lodge.
